In addition to our standard site features, we also offer additional services to enhance your website. These features are in addition to the standard design package price:

 

Image slideshow - up to 8 images

Showcase your products or images of your services and business with an image slideshow.


Additional image gallery

If you need to display more images we can install an extra photo gallery for you. Choose from several different designs. Image resizing and adjustment included.

 

Stock image search

For all packages we will provide a range of selected stock images, however, if you wish to find a specific image we can perform a search for you. This fee includes the purchase price of the image for website usage. We can also provide you with an image file for your use on print products such as flyers and brochures.

 

Password Protected Pages

If you want to choose who sees certain pages, you can have password protection. Users will need to type in a username and password to access this page. The simplest approach is to keep to one user name and password for all users. However, multiple users and passwords are also possible for an additional fee.

 

Online forms

Forms can allow potential customers to 'get a quote' for your products or services, register for a service as well as allowing you to collect information in a systemised manner. We can set up a customised form which will send submitted data to your email address.

 

News or Updates section

If you want a section for adding updated content such as news or specials then we can add a small content management system with a colour scheme that matches your main site. We can also incorporate a "feed" of the latest content to be placed within a page of your main site. We will set up the software, customise the template and set up the structure. Instruction manual included.

 

Website updates and maintenance - prices vary

 

After the support period has ended we can continue to maintain you site for you by updating text and images, rearranging pages or changing minor details such as font or menu colours. Any major changes will need to be requoted.

 

Website maintenance fees are based on an hourly rate of $50 per hour which is billed in 15 minute increments (ie $12.50 for 15 minutes).

 

Alternatively you can choose our BIZ UPDATES package which gives you three hours of maintenance per month for just $100 per month. This option is perfect for businesses that need to continually update their sites and don't want to do it themselves. Fees are paid in advance on a month-to-month basis and hours not used are forfeited at the end of the month. You can cancel your package at any time.
